fantastic stay!
cute staff great location smooth arrival
i found the staff cute upon arrival. the location is great near key attractions. i was impressed by how well the staff handled luggage making my arrival smooth and quick
the lift service felt quite slow at times. one lift seemed out of service which added to wait times. going up to the higher floors took longer than i expected

the hotel is near the icc and symphony hall. many bars and restaurants are just around the corner. a tram stop outside provides easy access to the town hall and new street station.

ample space wide choice clean appearance convenient location
The room offered ample space and a nice view. Breakfast had a very wide choice. The reception area presented a modern, clean appearance, with areas designated for relaxation and drinks. I found parking conveniently located right behind the building.

The room featured a comfortable king-size bed and modern decor. It had a separate seating area. The bathroom included White Company products. a tea and coffee machine available in the room. I liked that the room had complimentary snacks.

Staff members were attentive, also helpful in offering directions to local attractions. The front desk staff provided efficient check-in, I was very happy. Plus check-out service. I noted they upgraded guests, it seemed.

The breakfast buffet included a variety of options. hot and cold items. It was good. The bar area seemed to have a friendly atmosphere. I watched staff prepare drinks, they looked carefully at drink preparation.

The breakfast offered a good choice of quality items. I found that the shower room was excellent and very modern. the staff were friendly, polite and helpful. I appreciated this a lot.
The sink in my room had a leak and it did not get fixed. The hotel said maintainance was not available. the hotel upgraded my room, but the air conditioning wasn't working and took a long time to warm up. This.
